Bed and Breakfast

A bed and breakfast (B&B) is a type of temporary lodging. B&Bs must be the personal residence of the operator. Rental properties cannot be used as B&Bs, but they may be rented as a Short Term Rental if the lease allows. All B&Bs are required to pay the room tax, have a health license, and be approved as a conditional use.
