Improving Physical and Mental Health at the Madison Senior Center
Every day, the Madison Senior Center strives to provide opportunities for Madison's older adults to come together, make connections, and get access to education and services they may not otherwise be able to get.
Those connections are crucial as study after study shows social isolation is a major issue facing America's older adults. Isolation and loneliness are more than just a feeling – they have real, tangible effects on health that are especially impactful on older populations.
The Madison Senior Center's programs aim to address that need while providing an inclusive space to socialize, get involved in a wide range of activities, and be themselves.
