2026 Employment and Career Development Services RFP
Purpose
The City of Madison Community Development Division's mission is to supporting the necessary conditions for all residents to thrive and reach their highest potential. Through the Community Resources Unit in Community Development Division (CDD), the City aims to work in partnership and collaboration with residents, community partners, stakeholders, and other funders to overcome barriers to opportunity, strengthen neighborhoods, and promote shared prosperity and well-being for all.
As part of this commitment, CDD is seeking program proposals through the 2026 Employment and Career Development Services RFP that will aid residents in gaining the skills and experiences necessary to help them gain the skills and experiences needed to move toward stable employment, family supporting wages, and financial security.
Organizations can apply for the Employment RFP under 5 areas:
- Youth Employment- Programs and Services
- Youth Employment- Wanda Fullmore Internship Program Operator
- Young Adult Employment- Programs and Services
- Adult Employment- Programs and Services
- Southwest Madison Employment Center Operator
