Human Resources Management (HRM) System Implementation

One City. One Team. One HR System.

A Note From our Sponsors:

Welcome, #TeamCity!

As long-time partners in Human Resources & IT, we are very excited to announce the launch of the Human Resources Management (HRM) Implementation project website! This site provides information on the project, anticipated timelines, and expectations as we implement the city's first HRM System in late 2027.

Our excitement comes with knowing how essential the HRM is in enhancing the employees' HR experience through technology. Employees will have one self-service portal to support every stage of their journey, from hiring &  onboarding to learning, career development, and recognition, to support them in their careers.

We are committed to implementing this with transparency and frequent communication which means we will share information even as we build and grow. This means some questions we won't have answers to – yet but when we do, we will update this site. We also invite your questions and will use your questions to enhance this site.

Together, we're building a better way to work in #TeamCity!

-Erin Hillson (HR Director) & Sarah Edgerton (IT Director)

One City. One Team. One HR System.

#TeamCity is launching an organization-wide Human Resource Management (HRM) System to better support our people, streamline processes, and strengthen how we serve our community.

This site is designed to help employees easily understand what's changing, why it matters, and what to expect. It provides updates, simple resources and guidance to reduce uncertainty and help everyone adjust as smoothly as possible during this organizational wide change.

This website will serve as the main communication hub for:

  1. Major milestones & updates
  2. What's changing & when
  3. Who is impacted
  4. What employees need to know or do

Please keep in mind: This is a large, evolving, multi-phase project - and we're still learning and building as we go. We appreciate your flexibility, collaboration, and patience as we move forward.
