  1. Phase One: Current Work

    Build & test the system's brain: Data Clean Up, Data Migration, Systems Integration, and NEOGOV CoreHR Module. 

    Train: Designated Administrators. These individuals will be helping with training of other modules and agency trainers. 

  2. Phase Two & Three

    Build & Test: NEOGOV Onboard, Learn, eForms, and Benefits Modules.

    Train: City of Madison administrators, agency trainers, and City employees.

    Milestone: Anticipated go-live Quarter 3, 2027.

  3. Phase Four

    Build & Test: NEOGOV Perform Module.

    Train: City of Madison administrators, agency trainers, and City employees.

    Milestone: Anticipated go-live 2028.
