  1. Phase One: Current Work Active

    Build & test the system's brain: Data Clean Up, Data Migration, Systems Integration, and NEOGOV CoreHR Module. 

    Train: Designated Administrators. These individuals will be helping with training of other modules and agency trainers. 

  2. Phase Two Upcoming

    Build & Test: NEOGOV Onboard, Learn, and eForms Modules.

    Train: City of Madison staff.

    Milestone: Anticipated go-live Quarter 2, 2027 with access to CoreHR, Onboard, Learn, and eForms. 

  3. Phase Three Upcoming

    Build & Test: NEOGOV Benefits Module.

    Train: City of Madison staff.

    Milestone: Anticipated go-live Quarter 3, 2027.

  4. Phase Four Upcoming

    Build & Test: NEOGOV Perform Module.

    Train: City of Madison staff.

    Milestone: Anticipated go-live 2028.
