Repainting and Carpet Replacement
This project will provide repainting of interior walls and carpet replacement of the Madison Police Department's Central District, Property and Records (GR10) office areas, located in the City County Building.

Pre-Bid Building/Site Tour: Thursday, July 16, 2020 and Thursday, July 23, 2019 at the project site, 211 South Carroll Street
Bid Due Date: Thursday, August 20, 2020
Construction Start Work Letter: October 12, 2020
Expected Completion Date: January 30, 2021
