Project Overview
The City is planning to reconstruct the South Charter Street Alley.
The project includes installation of new storm sewer, curb and gutter, gravel base, and asphalt pavement.

Easterly portion of South Charter Street Alley to South Charter Street

Bids: Winter 2025/2026
Construction: Spring/Summer 2026
