Project Information
Project Overview
The City of Madison is planning to reconstruct streets and utilities within the Lake Forest neighborhood over three phases of construction. The first phase is planned to include Dickson Place, Irwin Place, Dodge Street, and portions of Martin Street and Carver Street. The project will include full removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement and gravel base, installation of new sidewalk, bike paths, and replacement of storm sewer, sanitary main, and water main utilities.

- Irwin Place – Martin Street to Carver Street
- Dodge Street – Martin Street to Carver Street
- Carver Street – Fish Hatchery Road to Dunn Place
- Martin Street – Fish Hatchery Road to Dickson Place

- Construction: Summer 2027
