Project Information

Project Overview

The City of Madison is planning to reconstruct streets and utilities within the Lake Forest neighborhood over three phases of construction.  The first phase is planned to include Dickson Place, Irwin Place, Dodge Street, and portions of Martin Street and Carver Street.  The project will include full removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement and gravel base, installation of new sidewalk, bike paths, and replacement of storm sewer, sanitary main, and water main utilities.
