Janel Heinrich, Director  

 Provides administration, leadership, management, planning, and implementation of public health activities as they relate to health, consumer protection, and environmental protection. Also acts as liaison with other local, state and federal agencies.

The Community Health Division works to protect and improve the health of people and families by preventing disease, providing essential clinical and community-based services, and promoting healthy pregnancies, children, and communities.

The Environmental Health Division protects the health and safety of the community by reducing the environmental risks in which people live, learn, work, and play.

Community Initiatives Division

The Community Initiatives Division partners with residents, organizations, healthcare systems, and other governmental agencies to improve community health and advance health equity.

  • Issuing overdose spike alerts for our area
