Unlocking your Network Account
Our Helpdesk is normally open Monday - Friday, 7am - 4:30pm except holidays. If you are locked out of your account, it will automatically unlock 30 minutes after your last login attempt. Call us at 608-266-4193
Reporting an Incident
If you need to report something that is not working, you may do so through this service center by choosing Report an Incident. If you feel this is urgent, please also call the HelpDesk at 608-266-4193, even during normal business hours.
If it is outside of the HelpDesk being staffed, and you do not have a workaround and it cannot wait until the next business day, please call the HelpDesk at 608-266-4193 and follow the prompts.
Please know that IT does not have staff on duty 24/7. We have staff that take turns being on call who will then determine the appropriate staff and availability to troubleshoot and respond to any incidents.
