    This training focuses on how your communication and the language you use can serve to disrupt power dynamics, build positive and lasting relationships, help people understand your message, and help people make informed decisions.

  • Plain Language Workshop

    You learned tips and tools for writing and presenting in plain language in the Plain Language and Effective Communication training.  Now it’s time to put those tools into practice! In this workshop, participants will level-up their plain language writing skills in real time. Working in large and small groups you will revise a one-page writing sample.
