Project Overview
Replacement of garage ventilation system with new make-up air unit and exhaust fan system. Lighting will be replaced in all garage and shop areas.

This project has been completed.
October 4, 2024 Update
Quarter 4 2024 Update
This project is tracking to be completed on schedule by the end of the year. The make-up air unit is in place and eighty-five percent of the ductwork has been installed. Also part of this project is the installation of the new lighting system in the garage and shop areas.
May 2, 2024 Update
This project's bid due date was on April 25, 2024. Two bids were received and results can be found on the Bid Opening Tab April 25 2024. Legistar File #83235 Awarding Public Works Contract No. 9497, Streets West Facility HVAC and Lighting Upgrade will go to the Board of Public Works on May 8, 2024 and Common Council on May 21, 2024.
