Get Tax Documents Faster

Do you want your W2 and 1095-C forms faster next year? If so, sign up today on Employee Self Services (ESS) for electronic delivery of your 2021 tax statements!

The new Tax form delivery option has been added under Personal Information on the left side menu of ESS. Employees may elect primary email delivery of their future W2 and/or 1095-C tax statements.

If you elect Primary email as your tax form delivery method, you will receive an email with a password protected pdf attachment of the appropriate tax form when it’s available.

Prior year tax forms from 2015 forward are available at any time in ESS under Pay/Tax Information.

For 2021 tax forms, W2’s are required to be distributed by January 31st, 2022 and form 1095-C is required by March 2nd, 2022. You will not receive a printed statement.
