Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Meetings

Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Meetings count toward good faith efforts and are an opportunity for general contractors to have questions answered about SBE contracting requirements on public works contracts and bid documentation forms (Section C: Small Business Enterprise) Led by Affirmative Action Division staff, meetings are open to general contractors, subcontractors and general public interested in learning more about SBE contracting requirements.

Registration prior to the meeting is required. Meetings are held live virtually on the following dates. Contracts covered at a specific meeting will be updated as contracts advertise for bid.

Meetings are at 2:00 p.m. (CT) unless noted otherwise.

  • February 19, 2026 (Contract 9745, 9718, 9737) 
  • February 5, 2026 (Contract 8809) No attendees.
