Project Information
Project Overview
The City is planning to reconstruct Lowell St from W Lakeside St to S Shore Dr. The project includes the replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, storm sewer main and laterals and replace the connection into the lake, water main, curb and gutter replacement, driveway apron replacement, asphalt pavement, and pavement markings.

The project plans, specs and assessments were approved at the January 10, 2024 Board of Public Works Meeting. The project is going back to the Board of Public Works on January 24, 2024 for approval of a revision to the plan and specs because of the addition of water main construction. The revision to the plans and specs was approved at the January 24, 2024 Board of Public Works Meeting.
