Olin Park Facility Renovation
October 10, 2022:
The Olin Park Facility is nearing completion. The roof top solar array has been installed. The interior finishes are mostly installed. The electrical components are being completed and the Parks Division is preparing to move.

This project is the design and construction of the Parks Division offices at the existing building located at 330 E Lakeside Street. The existing building will serve as the new location for Parks Division offices with potential to provide rentable spaces for community and private events. The building requires system upgrades, ADA and other health and safety compliance modifications, workspace updates, architectural upgrades, rental space improvements, and site improvements. Feb. 4, 2022: Construction crews have been busy with demolition of existing walls and ceilings, restrooms, ductwork, mechanical equipment. Interior demolition is now complete and rough-ins for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems have begun. Framing for new walls will start in mid-February.
March 29, 2022: Walls have been framed and drywall is finishing up. The new spaces are taking shape. Paint will begin this week. The new elevator shaft has been constructed to the ceiling on the inside. The elevator overrun will be constructed next week.
