Project Information
Project Overview
The City is planning to resurface Starker Avenue from Woodvale Drive to Droster Road. The project includes replacing the water main, replacing the sanitary main and laterals, full removal and replacement of the gravel base and asphalt pavement, replacement of the storm sewer main and inlets, spot replacing driveway aprons, spot replacing curb, spot replacing sidewalk, and improving and shortening pedestrian crossings.

Bid Open Date: April 1, 2024
The project was conditionally approved by the board of public works if the notice of the Board of Public Works hearing had been mailed to residents. The project will be going to the April 3, 2024 Board of Public Works meeting to allow residents the chance to speak at the public hearing.
