The City of Madison is on a mission to provide the highest quality service for the common good of our residents and visitors. Staff achieve our mission through the continuous improvement of the ways we do our work. Join us to learn from the 2021 Supervisor Development Program participants as they present their Continuous Improvement Lightning Talks describing ways they improved their work through their capstone. This opportunity is offered in two parts and will feature a different set of presentations each day. Presentations will also be recorded and made available on the Lightning Talks Channel.
 

The 2021 Supervisor Development Program will present 5 minute Lightning Talks on their Continuous Improvement Capstones across two days.
