Course Description

We go through many changes through our personal and professional lives. This course aims to give you insight into how change happens and how you can gain confidence in the midst of it all. You’ll learn about the individual’s role in change, the ADKAR framework, and the three ingredients in a successful change. 
Note: This course is a prerequisite for “Moving Teams Through Change”. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Acknowledge that successful organizational change occurs when a mass of individuals decide to change.
  • Describe the five elements of change in the ADKAR framework.
  • Complete an individual ADKAR assessment, including identification of the barrier point.
