Course Description

Congratulations on your promotion to supervisor!  In navigating your changing role, you not only need to be knowledgeable about policy and procedures but will also need to develop strategies that empower team members, build trust, respect, and “buy-in”. During this session, you will learn strategies to transition into this new role, identify common roadblocks for new managers, and find ways to prevent and overcome them.
