  • Permits are valid from September 1 - August 31
  • Permit applications for the upcoming permit year can be submitted beginning in July and are sent mid-August
  • Permits will be sent by mail
    • Please make sure your name is on your mailbox
    • United States Postal Service will return undeliverable permits to our office
  • It can take up to 2-weeks for approved permits to arrive

To send your application by mail, please include the following:

  • A completed Application Form
  • Proof of Residence
  • Payment
  • Permit application fee: $42.00
  • Replacement permit application fee: $11.00
  • Checks or money order should be made payable to the “City Treasurer”
  • Do not mail cash
  • Do not send original copies of proof of residence; documents will not be returned.

Replacement Permits

  • Replacement permit fee: $11.00
  • Permits are valid for only the address, vehicle, and license plate for which the permit was issued
  • Any changes to this information require the return of your current permit and a new application for replacement
  • Replacements will not be issued without a majority of the original permit
    • A new permit will be issued at the full fee without a returned permit
