- Permits are valid from September 1 - August 31
- Permit applications for the upcoming permit year can be submitted beginning in July and are sent mid-August
- Permits will be sent by mail
- Please make sure your name is on your mailbox
- United States Postal Service will return undeliverable permits to our office
- It can take up to 2-weeks for approved permits to arrive

To send your application by mail, please include the following:
- A completed Application Form
- Proof of Residence
- Payment
- Permit application fee: $42.00
- Replacement permit application fee: $11.00
- Checks or money order should be made payable to the “City Treasurer”
- Do not mail cash
- Do not send original copies of proof of residence; documents will not be returned.

Replacement Permits
- Replacement permit fee: $11.00
- Permits are valid for only the address, vehicle, and license plate for which the permit was issued
- Any changes to this information require a new application for replacement
