The Supervisory Collective

The Supervisory Collective a.k.a. The Collective is a social learning community for:

  • Supervisors
  • Managers
  • Lead Workers
  • Project and Program Managers
  • Department and Division heads

This is not a course or formal program. Instead, it’s a community for members to

  • Connect
  • Share experiences
  • Build expertise
  • Support each other
  • Deepen knowledge

We do this through inquiry, collaboration, and facilitated discussion.

*The Collective is formerly known as the Supervisor Network, and is not to be confused with Supervisor Academy; which has been discontinued.
