Unified Planning Work Program
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is an annual report outlining the Greater Madison MPO’s transportation planning activities for the upcoming year. It highlights key accomplishments from the previous year and details how federal, state, and local planning funds will be allocated.
The UPWP is reviewed by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for feedback and approval.
