Course Description: Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud-based storage solution that lets you access your documents from any device. This training covers when to use OneDrive, how to manage files and folders, and how to collaborate, sync, and back up your data. The file management and collaboration skills you learn here also apply to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, giving you a solid foundation for future trainings.

Course Description: This beginner-level course introduces staff to the features of Microsoft Teams for participating in virtual meetings. In this training, learning will better understand the Teams interface, how to personalize their workspace, joining meetings in multiple ways, and using the pre-join screen to ensure audio, video, and backgrounds are set correctly. Participants will also explore in-meeting tools such as chat, reactions, accessibility features, screen sharing and more. By the end, participants will feel ready to use Teams meetings in their day-to-day work.
