The Greater Madison MPO and the City of Madison, serving as its administrative and fiscal agent, are committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity on the basis of race, color, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987.

Title VI Subrecipient Nondiscrimination Agreement

As a subrecipient of federal transportation planning funds through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), the MPO is required to execute an annual Title VI/Non-Discrimination Agreement with WisDOT, which serves as the MPO’s Title VI Implementation Plan.
