Welcome to Meadowood!

A number of groups and people have worked together to bring better access to health care to the Meadowood Neighborhood.

The partners include, Meadowridge Library, Today Not Tomorrow, Inc- Project Babies, Meadowood Neighborhood Center and Neighborhood Connectors.   Access Community Health Centers is closely associated with the partnership and they will provide technical and medical information assistance.

This partnership is called the Meadowood Health Partnership and Sheray Wallace is the first Community Healthcare Worker in Dane County!  The office will be located in the Meadowridge Library and will be open on Wednesday from 10a-4p and Friday from 10a-1p.  Welcome!
