You’ve Been Promoted is a highly reflective and interactive course designed to prepare supervisors and managers to lead at the next level. The reality is the skills and mindset that leads to your promotion, aren’t always the skills and mindset that you need to ensure success at the next level of leadership. Come with an open mind as we dive into the leadership journey concept and deeply explore the passage from individual contributor to leader of others. In this course you will add powerful tools to your toolkit, challenge your beliefs, broaden your perspectives, and walk away with a personalized action plan that will set you up for success the next level of leadership.
