Course Description

This workshop offers supervisors an opportunity to participate in hands-on exercises to practice principles covered in the Creating an Equitable Interview Process training session. In this workshop, you will practice creating interview questions and benchmarks, mitigate unconscious bias, maintain legal compliance and participate in role-playing interview scenarios.

If you have not participated in the Creating an Equitable Interview Process training, you can still attend but need to view that recorded session as part of the pre-work.

We recommend that you attend the Hiring Foundations for Supervisors Workshop prior to this workshop.
