Metro Transit Onboard Survey
In spring 2024, the Greater Madison MPO partnered with Metro Transit, Cambridge Systematics, and Canete-Medina Consulting Group to hear directly from the people who ride Metro buses every day.
Thousands of riders shared their experiences, and our team carefully reviewed the feedback to better understand what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement. Cambridge Systematics also prepared a final report summarizing the key findings and outlining the survey process in detail.
