Annual Leadership Gathering
The City of Madison's Annual Leadership Gathering is a dedicated space for city leaders to come together, think boldly, and strengthen the organization we are building together: Thriving, Inclusive, Innovative #TeamCity.
Although the theme varies from year to year, the Annual Leadership Gathering continues to be a place where we can do the following:
- Discuss challenges and opportunities: Surface what leaders are seeing in their daily work and think together about what it means for the organization
- Meet the needs of an evolving workforce: Collaborate on how to lead effectively as our workforce, expectations, resources and environment continue to change
- Break silos and build relationships: Create connections across departments and divisions so our collective efforts as an organization are stronger than the sum of its parts
- Drive organizational development: Share out, build alignment and buy-in around the ongoing work of growing as an organization
