This tool supports trainer and facilitator growth. Through observation, and kind & helpful feedback from trusted coaches, trainers can gain confidence and new facilitation methods.

This tool allows trainers and facilitators to reflect on how a training session went. You can also use this to talk with a coach, supervisor, or fellow Learning Partner.

Enhance the overall learning experience by ensuring that your virtual training not only informs, but inspires and involves every participant. Discover how you can transform your virtual sessions into dynamic, engaging learning experiences.

Course Design Support

Standard slides pre-loaded for your guidance, along with bright yellow tip boxes to help you along the way. The City of Madison's Brand Style Guide colors are pre-loaded into this template.

Use this template to create a workbook for learners to synthesize and process what you're teaching them in your course.

While courses aren't typically thought of as "marketing", this toolkit is still very helpful in crafting a consistent look and feel of course materials across all courses. Use this toolkit as a guide as you pull together your materials.

These templates were developed and are maintained by the Organizational Development Unit. If you have any questions, concerns, or need guidance on best practices, reach out at any point OrganizationalDevelopment@cityofmadison.com
