Managing change also includes the process thinking and understanding quickly while remaining flexible to change, allowing you to adjust as needed.

Change is everywhere. Whether individuals seeking to make a personal change, organizations seeking to make a workplace change, or community seeking to make societal change – change is the only constant. Teams that develop shared language on the five stages of the change journey improve the likelihood of a successful project outcome. Change management involves preparing, equipping, and supporting individuals throughout the change process.
- Self-Benefits: Understand the individual change journey, be able to increase the likelihood of successfully completing a change and know what keeps people stuck from making change.
