District 14 Alder John Strasser has advised the community meeting scheduled for tonight at the Labor Temple on S. Park Street has been officially cancelled. This weekend, Catholic Charities announced their decision to withdraw plans to re-locate some of their offices and the Hope Haven drug and alcohol rehab operations to the former UW Health - Wingra Clinic facility at 701 Dane Street. The purpose of tonight's meeting was to further discuss their plans with South Madison neighborhood associations and business community.
