The below listed individual, (James C. Morgan), is a registered sex offender with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. The Madison Police Department was recently notified that Mr. Morgan will be moving into 1610 Gilson Street, Apt. #B, in the Baycreek neighborhood on November 1, 2013.
