You play an important role in helping City employees learn and grow! Whether you're developing training, teaching a course, or coordinating learning for your agency, HR-Organizational Development (HR-OD) is here to help you turn your expertise into a great learning experience. 

Let's Plan Your 2027 Trainings!

Check Out What's New in 2027?

  • October 21, 2026: Scheduling opens for 2027 calendar. 
  • October & Early November 2026: Meet with HR-OD to review your courses, discuss improvements, and plan for next year. 
  • December 4, 2026: Deadline to submit your 2027 Course Planning Form(s) and requested dates. 
  • After December 4: New submissions will be processed starting in January, with April as the earliest possible course month. Plan ahead!! All course submissions require at least 90 days (one quarter) of lead time for scheduling, preparation, and promotion.
  • December 5 - 31: HR-OD builds course webpages, registration pages, and compiles the Team City Course Calendar. 

Remember: Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once your Course Planning Form is received.
