The snow that started to accumulate on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 stopped prior to midnight. All snow and ice that accumulated from this event must be cleared from public sidewalks by noon on Wednesday, March 4, 2015. Prompt removal is always in your own best interest. Snow and ice that cannot be removed must be treated with sand and/or salt to provide traction. Free sand is available at the following locations: http://www.cityofmadison.com/residents/winter/SnowIce/sand.cfm
