Contractors that register and complete the full program will earn six (6) credit hours. Partial credit is not available.

Webinar Access

Click here to access the webinars at any time. You will need to register using your name and email address. Once you register, you will have on-demand access to the webinars. You can log in using the same email with which you registered.

Registering For Credit

If you need continuing education credits, you must pay the fee. Those that register and complete the full program will earn six credit hours. Partial credit is not available. When paying the fee, please use the same email used to register for the webinar access.

Participation is monitored virtually. You must view the whole webinar and complete the quizzes to receive credit.

Do I need to pay to access the course materials?

The course materials are free to view. Payment is only required if you need continuing education credits.

How long do I have to complete the course?

There is no deadline to complete the course. The webinars are accessible on-demand.

When will I receive credit for completing the course?

City staff will check for progress every two weeks. We will credit people who have registered, paid the fee, and finished all six webinars and quizzes. You should see the credits added to your State license within two weeks of completing the course.

How is my participation verified?

Staff can review how much of each webinar someone has completed. We will only award credit once a participant finishes all six sessions.

Do I need to register individually or can groups register at a single time?

Unfortunately, registration and payment must be submitted individually. We use registration to track attendance and give credit to people who complete the seminar.

Are there any discounted rates for large groups or companywide attendance?

Yes, we can offer a 10% discounted rate for groups of 10 - 19 individuals and 15% discount for groups of 20 or more. If you have a large group and need a group rate, please contact our office at 608-266-4551.
