Hello Midtown,
On 7/27 a team of officers led by one of our TEST (Traffic Enforcement Safety Team) Members worked speed enforcement on the Beltline at Whitney Way.
During the course of the project which ran from 6pm to 10pm, 5 stop cars made 29 stops for speeding, with two speeders going in excess of NINETY miles per hour. The majority of the stops were made for people going 20 miles an hour or more over the posted limit of 55mph.
