On 05/16/2020, officers worked a grant westbound on the Beltline near Whitney Wy from 7 pm to 10 pm. With five stop cars there were a total of 27 traffic stops made for speeding. On Wednesday, 03/20/19, TEST did a spontaneous project with Midtown CPT officers enforcing speeding violations in the midtown section of the beltline. On Wednesday, 03/06/19, A TEST officer spent some time monitoring the right turns on Heim Ave. Between 7 am and 9 am there were 8 stops made for these violations. Offenders were warned and educated on the violation. While on the stops, the officer observed an additional 18 violations. [read more]

Today the TEST unit worked the Beltline at the Midtown and West district borders. Over the course of 3 hours, the TEST team made 34 stops, a rate of one every five minutes! Yesterday our Traffic Enforcement Safety Team (TEST) spent about 3 hours in the 200 blk of S Whitney Wy near Marathon.
