On Wednesday, 03/20/19, TEST did a spontaneous project with Midtown CPT officers enforcing speeding violations in the midtown section of the beltline. On Wednesday, 03/06/19, A TEST officer spent some time monitoring the right turns on Heim Ave. Between 7 am and 9 am there were 8 stops made for these violations. Offenders were warned and educated on the violation. While on the stops, the officer observed an additional 18 violations. [read more]
